Coritiba vs Chapecoense

Coritiba held on for a 2-1 win over Chapecoense-SC at Couto Pereira, snapping a four-game winless streak in Série A with a result that came down to the wire against a Chapecoense side that dominated the ball but couldn't find enough answers where it mattered. Tiago Cóser opened the scoring in the 30th minute, and Pedro Rocha doubled the lead in the 81st off a cross from Joaquín Lavega. Chapecoense pushed hard for a way back and got a consolation through Túlio deep into stoppage time, assisted by K. Ramirez, but it was too little too late. Chapecoense actually controlled possession for large stretches, yet Coritiba made its limited chances count.
