Tekstilshchik couldn't hold on, undone by a late strike as Veles Moscow snatched a narrow 0-1 win in Ivanovo. The game looked headed for a stalemate until the visitors produced the only real moment of quality deep into the second half. Artur Murza settled it in the 89th minute, heading home after Zakhar Tarasenko's driven cross from the left was half-cleared into the path of Oleg Smirnov, who squared it back for the finish. Things turned scrappy late on, with Tekstilshchik picking up six yellow cards — including Simonov, Bezchasyuk and Marugin — against just two for Veles Moscow, who also led clearly in shots and corners. It continues Veles Moscow's habit of finding late winners this season, keeping them firmly in the promotion picture.
